YEREVAN – National team defender Nair Beynizyan has described the upcoming Europa League group stage as a major source of motivation following the official tournament draw. The Belgrade-based player acknowledged the team’s disappointment at missing out on Champions League qualification but emphasized the squad’s commitment to delivering strong performances for their supporters.

Beynizyan noted that the group presents respectable opponents, heightening the team’s sense of responsibility. “We have a duty to our fans after falling short of the Champions League,” he stated. “I believe we can achieve a positive outcome and bring joy to our supporters.”

The club will face off against Lille, Porto, Celtic, Sturm Graz, Celta Vigo, and Malmö in the league phase of the 2025/26 UEFA Europa League.
